Hisbeans is a social innovation enterprise
that cultivates a culture of working together with disability experts.
It is the coffee brand of People with Fragrance.
People with Fragrance, which was established in 2009, has been addressing the difficulties that companies face in fulfilling their obligation to employ individuals with disabilities by providing stable employment opportunities through various businesses such as cafes, consulting, coffee schools, and coffee truck. We provide services such as recommending and recruiting individuals with disabilities, as well as providing job development consulting services. The Hisbeans consulting model has been selected as an excellent case in the World Psychiatric Rehabilitation Congress and has garnered global attention as an alternative to improving employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Until the day when the 10 billion people with disabilities worldwide, including 3 million in the Republic of Korea, can work joyfully with their unique strengths and expertise, Hisbeans will continue to love and communicate with each person wholeheartedly.
